It has been a number of weeks since we completed the reconstruction of the mill feed conveyors at the mine and I hope it is not too late to express my sincere thanks for the part you played in turning this problem around.

Many people contributed to the production efforts while reconstruction was underway and many people stepped up and took on the challenge. Whether you were directly involved with the creative and innovative solutions, the supply of products and services or physically installing the equipment, you all played a part in a spectacular result.

The events of November 10th could not have come at a worse time for this business but we were able to quickly reconfigure the equipment we had left to supply the market as it prepared for winter. The focus on the needs of the business was evident in all aspects of the recovery. There was a distinct common goal driving our decisions and a sense of purpose which ensured the project remained on track despite some significant setbacks that were encountered along the way.

The mini mills were responsible for producing over 550,000 tons and helping us to achieve a record production year. Since the mill came back up we have milled over 500,000 tons. Big numbers, but the part you and everyone else played was more impressive.
